Terms, Conditions & Liability

1. Nature of Services

Rim Repair Joe's ("Company," "We," "Us") provides alloy wheel repair training courses and optional Google Ads management services. All training is educational in nature and constitutes skills-based instruction only. We do not provide certifications, licenses, or accredited degrees. Completion of training does not guarantee any specific income, business success, or employment outcome.

2. No Guarantees

Individual results vary based on effort, market conditions, skill level, location, competition, and numerous other factors beyond our control. The earning potential figures presented on this page are estimates based on industry averages and our own experience — they are not promises or guarantees of actual earnings.

3. Training Agreement & Payment

• All students must sign a written Training Agreement before commencing any training
• Payment terms, refund policies, and cancellation terms are outlined in the Training Agreement
• Training fees are non-refundable once training has commenced unless otherwise stated in the Agreement
• We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or terminate training at our sole discretion

4. Google Ads Management

• Google Ads management is a separate, optional service with its own monthly agreement
• Student/client is responsible for all Google Ads spend (paid directly to Google)
• Our management fee is separate from ad spend and is outlined in the Ads Management Agreement
• We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, calls, or conversions from Google Ads
• Ad performance depends on market conditions, competition, budget, and other external factors
• Either party may terminate the Ads Management Agreement with 30 days written notice

5. Limitation of Liability

• All liability rests solely with the student/trainee for their own business operations, client interactions, quality of work, and compliance with local laws and regulations
• The student assumes full responsibility for obtaining any required business licenses, insurance, permits, and certifications required in their jurisdiction
• We are not liable for any damage to vehicles, property, or persons resulting from the student's application of techniques learned in training
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the training program

6. Intellectual Property & Non-Disclosure

• All training materials, techniques, processes, pricing strategies, vendor lists, and business methods shared during training are the proprietary intellectual property of Rim Repair Joe's
• Students agree to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) protecting our trade secrets, techniques, and proprietary methods
• Students may NOT resell, redistribute, teach, record, or share our training content or materials with any third party
• Students may NOT create competing training programs based on our materials or methods
• Violation of the NDA may result in legal action and damages as outlined in the Training Agreement

7. Non-Compete Clause

Specific non-compete terms, if applicable, are outlined in the individual Training Agreement. These may include geographic and time-based restrictions on offering competing training services. All non-compete terms comply with applicable California law.

8. Indemnification

The student agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rim Repair Joe's, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from or related to the student's business operations, use of techniques learned in training, or any breach of the Training Agreement.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or the Training Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear their own costs and attorney's fees.

10. Governing Law

These terms and the Training Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued enrollment or use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
